Owner, Tim Carroll

Tim began his farming journey with a course at New Entry Sustainable Farming Project in 2012. He soon became hooked and was on the lookout for land. In 2015 he purchased the 92-acre parcel in Dudley, MA where he began Farmer Tim's Vegetables. His plan is to revitalize the old farmland and slowly expand from a vegetable operation to a multifaceted business with perrenial fruits, livestock and value-added products. His focus is to create a sustainable farm with transparent growing practices to benefit his community.

Jake Cardoza, Farm Manager

Jake's journey in agriculture began upon graduation of college in 2014. Born in Rhode Island, Jake is fortunate to have been exposed to multiple methods of farming. Jake has helped manage educational farms in both Panama & Hawai'i, managed the production at a commercial hydroponic farm, and finished a 2 year apprenticeship at Brookfield Farm in Western Massachusetts. He joined Farmer Tim's in 2021 and oversees crop production and all daily farm operations. Jake loves being outdoors and when he's not working you can find him at the beach, hiking along the Appalachian Trail, or fishing.
